This July, go as dry as you’re willing to try

Categories: Latest News,Medical

Prostate Cancer Foundation is proud to be a beneficiary of Dry July 2020 alongside the amazing folk at Look Good Feel Better NZ and Bowel Cancer New Zealand, and we’ve got some great news, Dry July Sign Up is now open.

Dry July is a fundraiser that challenges people to go alcohol free and raise funds for New Zealanders affected by cancer. By signing up and raising funds, you will help us help cancer patients, their families and carers, in practical and tangible ways. For the Prostate Cancer Foundation these funds will help fund the nationwide roll-out of Prost-FIT, an exercise programme designed specifically for men who have had, or are having, treatment for prostate cancer.

There’s no denying that 2020 has been a year of challenges, and we acknowledge that many are doing it tough. So we have a new way for you to participate in Dry July this year – it’s called Dry(ish) July. Choose the original 31-day challenge, or the Dry(ish) options of 21-days, 14-days or simply a period of your own choosing.

Sign Up Today for Dry July

Dry July was officially launched in New Zealand today, giving Kiwis the opportunity to raise vital funds for people affected by cancer by choosing to go dry for a period of their choosing.
