If you are living with prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment, or supporting someone who is, there is a support network ready to help you navigate your journey. Seeking advice or information, or just someone to listen we’re here to help. Wives / partners are welcome to join this meeting.
At this meeting we are hosting Gabriela Ilie and Rob Rutledge, the researchers and clinicians behind the “Prostate Cancer – Patient Empowerment Programme” research project in Canada. PC-PEP is a 6-month home-based comprehensive health-promotion program for men with a diagnosis of Prostate Cancer. Following on from delivering a presentation at one of the key urology conferences in Sydney, the duo are coming to NZ in support of a collaboration currently in development with PCFNZ. They are bringing with them a prostate cancer survivor who has been through the programme and has been part of their research. It’s a unique opportunity to receive a presentation on their findings to date, some of which have been published in the most prestigious urological journals globally.
