Information Service
Nurse-led personalised information and explanations to help you navigate your prostate cancer experience through diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

Counselling Service
Free comprehensive 24/7 in-person and remote support from registered counsellors provided in partnership with Southern Cross Workplace Health.

Online Support Forum
A supportive, moderated space in which those affected by prostate cancer can share their knowledge, experience or concerns, connect with others or simply listen.
Support Groups
An extensive national network of groups that meet to provide holistic support for men, their families and whānau, founded n principles of mutual respect and a shared understanding of the cancer journey.
Rainbow Blue
A peer support service for the GBTQIA+ community, providing a supportive environment in which to feel comfortable and secure in discussing any concerns.
Patient Grants
Grants for patients and families to help those experiencing hardship and assist patients to access support to improve outcomes.
Prost-FIT
Free (T&Cs apply) tailored exercise classes for men living with prostate cancer, at any stage or diagnosis or treatment.
Prostate Cancer Patient Empowerment Programme
The Prostate Cancer Patient Empowerment Programme (PC-PEP) is a free 6-month home-based programme delivered remotely via email or text, which aims to improve the physical and mental health and quality of life of prostate cancer patients.
